COPLEY "MISAPPROPRIATED" PROCAN SR FORMULA, WARNER-LAMBERT ALLEGES in a suit filed against Copley and one of its employees in New Jersey state court Jan. 27. Copley is accused of unlawfully obtaining and using confidential sustained-release procainamide formula, process and manufacturing technology information from a former Warner-Lambert employee, Shubha Chungi, who is now employed by Copley.
