KAPOSI's SARCOMA HORMONAL CONTROL TO BE A FOCUS OF GALLO's INSTITUTE of Human Virology to be located at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Chief of the National Cancer Institute's Division of Cancer Etiology laboratory of tumor cell biology since 1972, Robert Gallo, MD, announced his planned departure from NCI and the establishment of the new institute May 24. The institute's new facilities are expected to be completed by September or October. Gallo is expected to remain at NCI until the facilities are open.
