National Institutes of Health technology transfer activities will focus more on monitoring the benchmarks for licensing agreements now that the "reasonable pricing" clause has been eliminated from Cooperative Research & Development Agreements, Office of Technology Transfer Director Maria Freire reported recently at a National Task Force on AIDS Drug Development meeting in Bethesda, Md.
