FDA consolidated campuses: Senate could rescind $248 mil. of funds previously appropriated to the General Services Administration Federal Buildings Fund for the purpose of buying land and beginning construction of the two proposed Maryland campuses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties through an amendment to the Federal Emergency Management Agency supplemental appropriations bill.
