HRG SUING FDA FOR FIAU STUDY RECORDS, as well as records of any other clinical trials that were discontinued due to safety concerns in the last four years. Public Citizen's Health Research Group filed two complaints in D.C. federal court Jan. 5. In the first complaint, HRG is seeking to require that FDA provide "all records concerning preclinical and clinical studies involving the drug fialuridine."
