Executive Summary
Announces 10-year licensing agreement with Nang Kuang Pharmaceutical Dec. 17. Nang Kuang, a Taiwan-based manufacturer of intravenous solutions and pharmaceuticals, will manufacture and market patented McGaw I.V. and enteral therapy products exclusively in Taiwan and non-exclusively in mainland China, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Under the agreement, McGaw will receive an immediate payment of $500,000 and royalties. Nang Kuang sales of McGaw products are forecast to exceed $130 mil. over the decade.
