VP-government relations will be Bert Rosen, who most recently worked in Bristol-Myers Squibb's Washington, D.C. office. Rosen fills a vacancy created this year with the retirement of Thomas Landon, who had been based in Philadelphia, though Rosen will be based in Washington. SB's Director of Federal Affairs Robert Holland reports to Rosen. Meanwhile, VP-Federal Government Affairs David Jenkins will be leaving SB's Washington office early in 1993. The company has no current plans to fill that position.
