Public Health Service, in the Dec. 20 Federal Register, gives notice that it will publish the name of the investigator, affiliated institution, nature of misconduct, sanctions and their duration for completed scientific misconduct investigations when sanctions are imposed. The notice applies to cases completed after Aug. 31, 1990 when PHS adopted internal guidelines on scientific misconduct.
