McKesson Exec VP and Chief Financial Officer Alan Seelenfreund, 52, named chairman of the prescription claims processor spin-off and McKesson Exec VP Rex Malson, 57, named a PCS director. Seelenfreund fills the board seat left vacant by Thomas Field, who resigned as chairman of both McKesson and PCS Sept. 7. Field took over as PCS chairman following the resignation of President and CEO Don Dahlin in July. PCS still is actively searching for Dahlin's replacement. John Pfeiffer is filling that post in the interim.
