Pharmacy groups seeking to meet with HCFA on Medicaid rule
Joint Commission of Pharmacy Practitioners requests meeting with HCFA before end of September to discuss the 150% of AWP aggregate approach to Medicaid reimbursement. The six associations cite procedural problems and questions about specifics in the rule, published in the Federal Register on July 31 ("The Pink Sheet", Aug. 3, p. 3).
