Firm has settled suit v. Pennex agreeing that Pennex can continue to sell its private labelled enteric-coated aspirin in the same orange color as that used for Ecotrin, Pennex announced. Agreement also provides that Pennex will change packaging and/or tradenames for enteric-coated aspirin products to eliminate even a claim of alleged confusion with Ecotrin.
