IRS Section 936 hearing
The public hearing on proposed Puerto Rico tax regulations regarding satisfaction of the significant business presence test and the cost sharing and profit split elections with respect to the possessions tax credit will be held April 3, 10 a.m., at the Internal Revenue Blug. in D.C. Scheduled speakers include PMA, Puerto Rican Mfrs. Assn., Govt. of Puerto Rico, and the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico.
