Brazilian diagnostic supplies and services group DASA has reported a 10.4% year-on-year rise in gross revenues in its first fiscal quarter, to R$610m (US$305m). Net profit fell by almost a fifth, to R$36.4m, partly as a result of a R$73m investment (+145% year-on-year), mainly in imaging equipment and infrastructural modernisation.
