Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC and Lundbeck LCC entered into corporate integrity agreements (CIAs) that establish oversight and restrictions on their donations to independent charity patient assistance programs to ensure they don't function as a conduit for payments to patients and influence their drug choices.
