Executive Summary
Strides Arcolab Ltd., a mid-sized public drug company in India, and the Australian generics maker Genepharm Australasia, also publicly traded, have signed the heads of agreement for several transactions in which Strides will hand over two of its regional businesses and receive a significant stake in the enlarged Genepharm.
