Executive Summary
The marketers of glucomannan-based Bio Trim are "permanently prohibited" from making false and misleading claims about weight-loss products, FTC announces Nov. 7. A suspended judgment totaling more than $2.1 mil. in consumer injury will be due immediately if either Natural Products, Natural 4 U or their owner Ana Solkamans are found to have misrepresented their financial status.
