Executive Summary

National Nutritional Foods Association forms Japanese subsidiary to assist American supplement and health food makers doing business there. NNFA-Japan will be separate from NNFA but operate under its direction; the Newport Beach, Calif.-based association will establish a Japan office for daily duties. NNFA International Committee Chair Randy Dennin is named NNFA-Japan chair, and NNFA Exec Director Michael Ford is president. Membership will be open to all firms with a corporate presence in Japan, including companies that might not qualify for NNFA membership in the U.S
