Executive Summary
NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB (mitochondrial medicines for cardiovascular and neurological conditions) raised SEK70mm ($8.4mm) through the sale of 1.6mm new shares at SEK42.50 (an 18% discount) to US institutional investors. Chardan Capital Markets was the placement agent. Proceeds will help fund US clinical trials and European commercialization of its myocardial infarction drug CicloMulsion (IV cyclosporine) and preclinical studies for its organ protection candidate NVP019.
