Executive Summary
Seven months after filing, transdermal drug delivery firm Zosano Pharma Corp. netted $46mm in its initial public offering of 4.5mm shares at $11. In July Zosano had announced plans to offer 6.4mm shares priced between $10-12 and revised it to 3mm shares earlier this month.
