Executive Summary
Celgene Corp. has provided an undisclosed amount of seed funding to help new cancer and fibrotic disease therapeutics company PharmAria LLC get off the ground. The biotech has also said it will participate in the start-up’s Series A round for a possible equity stake, potentially license certain R&D works, and later could take an option to acquire the company outright.
