Executive Summary
GlobeImmune Inc. (cancer and infectious disease immunotherapeutics) completed its $16.6mm initial public offering, selling 1.75mm shares (including the overallotment) at $10, well below its intended range in May of $15-17. The company first filed in July 2012 (and had hoped to bring in up to $65mm through that attempt, with a range of 5mm shares for between $11-13), but withdrew in October 2013, before refiling again in March 2014.
