Executive Summary
ImaginAb Inc. (developing in vivo imaging agents for cancer and autoimmune diseases) has raised $12.5mm in its oversubscribed Series A financing led by Novartis Venture Funds, which was joined by Merieux Developpement, Nextech Invest, Cycad Group, an undisclosed backer, and returning seed investor Momentum Biosciences. Representatives from Novartis Venture Funds and Merieux Developpement will join the board.
