Executive Summary
NovaBay Pharmaceuticals Inc. (anti-infectives) has granted Chinese drug distributor Pioneer Pharma Co. Ltd. exclusive rights to sell its Aganocide-based wound cleanser NeutroPhase in China for five years (with an option to renew for an additional five years). NovaBay retains rights in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and the rest of the world.
