Executive Summary
CNS- and cardiology-focused spec pharma NextWave Pharmaceuticals Inc. completed a $45mm Series C round. New investors Panorama Capital and Bay City Capital co-led the financing, which also included Kearny Venture Partners as well as returning backers Aisling Capital, Fidelity Biosciences, Sofinnova Ventures, and Vivo Ventures. Aquilo Partners was the placement agent. Panorama Capital and Bay City Capital are contributing members to NextWave's board.
