Executive Summary
In an effort to strengthen their R&D portfolios and benefit from a strong risk-sharing opportunity, Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (urology, pain, endocrinology, and cancer) and Finland’s Orion Corp. (drugs and diagnostics for cancer, CNS, and respiratory indications) have agreed to co-develop and commercialize new oncology therapies.
