Spec pharma Iroko Pharmaceuticals LLC has paid an undisclosed amount for fellow private drug reformulation specialist iCeutica Inc., which said the purchase price is a 10x-plus step-up to the post-money valuation of the company’s $1mm Series A financing in 2005.
