Executive Summary
PTC Therapeutics (developing medicines that alter post-transcriptional control of gene expression) has licensed Roche exclusive rights to oral small molecules--generated by the biotech's Gene Expression Modulation by Small-molecules (GEMS) platform--against four neurology targets, which will be selected by both partners.
