Executive Summary
Publicly traded CombinatoRx (combination treatments) and private pain management player Neuromed Pharmaceuticals have agreed to merge. Initially each company will own 50% of the new entity, which will keep CombinatoRx's name, public status, and will have enough cash to sustain it through 2012.
