Executive Summary
Alexza Pharmaceuticals (aerosolized drug delivery to the lungs), along with private equity company Symphony Capital Partners and other co-investors, have formed Symphony Allegro with $50mm to fund development of Alexza's two Phase IIa candidates: AZ002 (alprazolam) for acute panic attacks and AZ004 (loxapine) for acute agitation in schizophrenia.
