Executive Summary
Molecular imaging company Avid Radiopharmaceuticals raised $8.9mm in an institutional financing round through the sale of Series A and Series B preferred stock to existing and new investors, respectively. Pfizer Strategic Investments Group led the financing, which was also backed by Lilly Ventures, RK Ventures LLC, and seed financer BioAdvance.
