Executive Summary
In exchange for Medarex's (human antibodies) HuMAb technology, plus an option to commercialize it, Bristol-Myers Squibb could pay up to $20mm in licensing fees, milestones, and royalties. BMS will use the technology to develop cancer antibodies.
