Executive Summary
Beginning June 1, firms must electronically submit to FDA drug listings, establishment registrations for OTC products and labeler codes. The agency will accept paper submissions postmarked only through May 31. After that date, FDA will accept data for OTC and veterinary medicine products only submitted electronically in a Structured Product Labeling format (1"The Tan Sheet" Aug. 28, 2006, p. 12)
