Johnson & Johnson adds Beijing Dabao Cosmetics to its portfolio of consumer health care brands marketed in China. Dabao makes personal care products including SOD Milk Cream and SOD Protein Milk, which provide superoxide dismutase to reduce free-radical damage. "This transaction is an extension of our commitment to China and to the continued development of China's consumer health care sector," says Jesse Wu, president of J&J (China) Investment Co., through which the parent company made the acquisition.
