Alarm clock in a pill?: Rise-N-Shine's patent-pending Wake Up on Time supplement is formulated to "dissolve over time, so that it can deliver its benefits when you need them most - when the alarm clock rings," the year-old firm announces Aug. 7. The product contains a proprietary blend of B vitamins, amino acids, guarana seed and Siberian ginseng, and is "geared to address the psychological and physical reasons why people have trouble getting out of bed in the morning," Rise-N-Shine says. The supplement "does have one important side-effect - it promotes weight loss," founder Cathy Beggan notes in a press release. Currently, Beggan is developing a similar product that will also function as a sleep aid. Wake Up on Time is not available in stores yet, but can be purchased online for $29.95...
