Supreme Greens developer Alejandro Guerrero and his company Health Solutions will pay $65,000 or transfer to FTC the title to Guerrero's 2004 Cadillac Escalade for allegedly claiming that Supreme Greens could prevent, treat or cure cancer, heart disease, arthritis and diabetes, the commission announces Oct. 6. The herbal supplement also was promoted for substantial weight loss. Healthy Solutions and two other individuals will also pay a combined total of $15,000. The settlement has two avalanche clauses for a $4.17 mil. total.
