The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office will reexamine two of CNS' nasal strip patents, the Minneapolis-based Breathe Right manufacturer says Nov. 24. The review comes at the behest of Silver Eagle Labs, a defendant in a patent infringement case filed by CNS earlier this year; Silver Eagle counterclaimed that the patents are invalid.
