Executive Summary
"HEALTH Act of 2004," which would revise flexible spending account programs to allow more employees using FSAs to rollover up to $500 in unused funds at the end of a year, was placed on the calendar in the Senate May 20 after passing the House last week. CHPA applauded HR 4279, which would make the accounts more appealing to employees unsure about how much they might spend.
