Snowe, Wyden look to emend Medicare Rx

Medicare Modernization Act's "non-interference" provision would be repealed under the "MEND" Act, which is being reintroduced by Sens. Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.)
