"We expected to get it out in mid-January. We are still targeting this month," CMS Medical Advisor Richard Lawlor said during an "open door" forum Jan. 13. "That is impending, that is imminent." "Certainly we will have them out this quarter, but hopefully we will still make this month." "As you know, there is a lot going on. We're looking forward to seeing the new secretary get through his confirmation hearings next week. So there's a lot happening now," Lawlor said.
