Executive Summary
Gregory Probert named chief operating officer, with "overall responsibility" for the supplement marketer's business operations in 58 markets around the world, Herbalife says. He joins Herbalife from DMX Music, where he was president and chief executive officer. He also formerly served as exec VP-COO for Disney's Buena Vista Home Entertainment business. Probert replaces Brian Kane, who is relocating to the UK to take over as president of Herbalife Europe.
