Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America Senior Director-Federal Affairs Missy Jenkins is leaving the trade association after two years. Jenkins, whose Capitol Hill experience includes serving on the staff of former Rep. Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) and former Sen. Alan Simpson (R-Wyo.), is understood to have resigned from PhRMA on June 6.
