Procter & Gamble hopes to receive approval for Rx-to-OTC switch of AstraZeneca's proton pump inhibitor Prilosec (omeprazole) "before the end of this next fiscal year," which ends June 30, 2002, P&G CEO A.G. Lafley tells analysts during June 15 teleconference. P&G has marketing rights for OTC Prilosec.
