Counterfeit of the human growth hormone labeled as Nutropin AQ 10 mg vials in 6-pack boxes reported by Genentech in May 22 letter to patients, physicians, pharmacies and wholesalers. For counterfeit lot L9504A2, the solution is cloudy at room temperature but clear when refrigerated, Genentech says, instead of consistently clear.
