Center for Drug Evaluation & Research is recruiting a second regulatory counsel for the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising & Communications. FDA's ad division said it requires additional legal counsel in order to support enforcement actions responding to the entire marketplace, including exhibit hall and Internet promotion. The Bush Administration's hiring freeze will temporarily prevent FDA from completing the hire.
