Executive Summary
Acquires assets of Dynamics Essentials, Inc., a Dallas-based network marketer and distributor of dietary supplements and skin care products, for about $1 mil. cash, NBTY says May 13. DEI markets the Lifeforce Essentials supplements and the Tyra skin care line. DEI will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, under former management, NBTY says.
