Executive Summary
Frances Wu will join the association as associate general counsel July 5, The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association reports June 7. Wu previously served as principal at Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C., "providing legal counsel to companies on [FDA] regulatory issues, as well as in other related areas of federal regulation, including the Drug Enforcement Agency and Federal Trade Commission," association notes.
