Mascara and eye liner extensions will feature proprietary "light-interplay" technology based on colored, reflective crystals to create subtle, striking color, Revlon says. Products will debut in September in conjunction with High Dimension Hair Color (1"The Rose Sheet" May 7, p. 4). High Dimension mascara will be available in Black Flash, Black Sapphire, Black Garnet and Bronze Brown. Liner will debut in six shades - Black Flash, Steel Flash, Bronzed Flash, Sapphire Flash, Garnet Flash and Gold Flash. Products will retail for $7.50 each in mass outlets
