E.P.T. Pregnancy Test Will Get Marketing Bump From NFI Consumer
NFI Consumer Healthcare purchases the e.p.t. pregnancy kit brand from Prestige Brands Holdings with plans to expand the line’s footprint and marketing support. The spin-off is Prestige Brands’ latest toward focusing on core brands in its portfolio.

Moberg says sales of DermoPlast sprays were $12m in the 12 months through September and its purchase price is around 8.9 times the estimated EBITDA for the brand during the period.
The Swedish firm pays $40m for the PediaCare and Fiber Choice brands in addition to New Skin Liquid Bandages, which are available in spray and liquid delivery and are "the main profitability contributor in the acquired portfolio," says CEO Peter Wolpert.
