UK Bribery Act to apply from July, adequate procedures guide published

The UK Bribery Act will come into force on 1 July. The government announced the new implementation date on 30 March and that it had published the final version of its much-awaited guidance on the "adequate procedures" that companies, including pharmaceutical and medical device firms, should have in place to prevent bribery1.
