UK offering funding for "stratified medicine" projects

Companies wishing to apply for funding under the collaborative "stratified medicine" initiative being led by the UK Technology Strategy Board should be aware that competitions open on 10 January 2011. The aim is to encourage efforts such as the co-development of drugs and diagnostics that can be used together to better target therapies to specific patient populations1.
